What's A Nirvana Day?
A Nirvana Day is a day-long retreat to receive Emergence Care in a deeper way. Participants will receive three Emergence sessions from multiple practitioners working at the same time. This setting creates tremendous energetic support from everyone gathered for one day, for one purpose: To take a day away from everyday life to take care of yourself. Experiencing Emergence Care in this setting helps you to go more deeply into what the sessions offer.
Emergence Care practitioners joining together to give sessions include: Roy Willey from Lakewood, Ben Wurzel from Boulder, Catherine Trester from Westminster, and KK Munson from Lincoln, NE.
Sound Healer Teresa Helgeson from Denver will be joining us in the afternoon to provide sound meditation with Crystal Bowls and Singing Plants during breaks between Emergence sessions.
Qigong instructor Joel Packard will also be joining us to lead gentle Qigong for anyone interested during the morning breaks.
How will the day unfold?
The day will start at 10 a.m. Participants will rotate through three rounds of group sessions. When you're not on the table, you'll have a chance to participate in other complementary activities, or just relax and integrate before your next session.
We'll gather for a lunch break together. We're inviting participants to bring a dish to share for lunch. The Miracle Center has a kitchen and dining space. (We'll coordinate lunch with everyone as we get closer to the date.)
The last sessions will wind up around 4:30 -- 5:00 p.m.
What can I expect?
The purpose of this day is to retreat, to take a day away from your busy life, to take time to focus on yourself and your own healing, whatever that means to you. Receiving multiple Emergence Sessions, back to back, in a group setting, will help you go very deeply into your Self. Plan to experience deep relaxation, release, connection to your Self, openings to new possibilities, insights, physical shifts, and more.
